This is my favorite picture of Mary Okeyo whom we named the scholarship fund after and a deaconess whom I believe is Unita. I am notoriously bad with names and I don’t want to be mistaken here so I hope I am correct. Mary is the one that is pointing and taking charge as she always did. Anyway Unita is coming to North Dakota to visit. She is coming at Christmas and leaving around January 6th – Epiphany. We are in the process of trying to set up some visits for her. Those interested in the work that Deaconness do in Kenya give us a call and we will see what we can do.
