Polly Freeman is my mother in law.  She turned 100 on November 7.  We had a party for her at Christ Lutheran in Wausau WI and we appreciate their hospitality.  Many people showed up wearing masks, and a good time was had by all.  Today is another celebration at her apartment .  The words of the old hymn keep popping into my mind.

“E’en down to old age all My people shall prove
My sovereign, eternal, unchangeable love;
And then, when grey hairs shall their temples adorn,
Like lambs they shall still in My bosom be borne.”
